Light It Up
The crane arrived on Disney property yesterday at Cinderella's Castle! They will start installing the lights for the Christmas display today and work on it until September 21st. They will be dodging rain drops but I am sure they will get it done!

Want to Get Wet?
It is still hot in Central Florida and there is no better way to cool off than to hit one of the awesome water parks in Orlando!
The kids are back to school and the crowds are smaller, lines are shorter and it makes for a great day trip!
Wet-n-Wild
The signature water park in Orlando is Wet n Wild. Their website is great and offers several packages and discounts for booking in advance. Get their hours here and even check out the rides! They have a number of concessions available, food, drink, ice cream. They offer lockers and showers as well. The lazy river and the wave pool are fan favorites! Wet n Wild also offers a sand beach on their lake with volleyball courts. It is a fun day for the whole family, there is something for kids of every age!
Aquatica
This is a Sea World Park and offers thrill rides and a ton of family fun for the little ones. They also offer packages and group rates. They even have swimming lessons! Check them out here.
Blizzard Beach
Blizzard Beach is located on Disney Property and has been a favorite water park for many years. It has a ton of rides for kids of all ages and plentiful areas to eat and relax!
Typhoon Lagoon
Also at Disney is Typhoon Lagoon! It also offers many rides and activities. Including a surfing program! Get the scoop here.

Planning a Trip to the Beach?
If you are planning a trip to central Florida and want to include the beach, there is no better time than AFTER Labor Day, obviously for those with children in school this may not work. However, if you are lucky enough to have small children then this is the time for you! After Labor Day the crowds clear, prices drop and there is virtually no wait anywhere for a table in a restaurant.
Visiting Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach or Flagler Beach? You may just have the beach to yourself on a weekday. Condo and hotel pools are empty and traffic is gone!
We highly recommend Labor Day through Thanksgiving for your beach vacation. Contact Baby Wheels Daytona for all your stroller needs! All of our strollers are beach ready!
Winter Park
Looking for something to do outside of the theme parks...check out Winter Park! Winter Park is just north of Orlando and is filled with arts and culture, parks and activities. It is home to Rollins College and the Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of Natural Art. Winter Park is also a great destination for Nature Lovers with 70 parks that host events, celebrations and festivals all throughout the year.
Here is a list of some of those festivals and events for you to check out. The Winter Park Art Festival is quite famous and is always fantastic! (hint - you will need a stroller)
They also have a smaller Autumn Art Festival in October. Held annually on the second weekend in October, this community-oriented sidewalk show presents quality visual art, live entertainment, children's activities and more. The festival is held in beautiful Central Park located along historic Park Avenue in downtown Winter Park. It is Saturday, October 11, and Sunday, October 12, 2014.
Here are a couple of neat sites to help you plan your visit to Winter Park:
